A scenic drive along Resurrection Bay brings you to Beach House Rentals, where the houses sit just a short walk away from a wide stretch of beach. It’s an idyllic location to beachcomb, kayak, watch for sea lions and otters, or simply take in the spectacular mountain and ocean views.
With four different vacation rentals to choose from, Beach House Rentals has a home that will suit your needs. We offer comfortable, clean, pleasant accommodations for couples, families and groups. Choose from one of our 2-bedroom houses, which sleep up to 6 or 7 people, or our smaller Treefort apartment, which sleeps up to 5 people. Stay for a minimum of 2 nights or as long as your vacation requires.
Each house offers the comforts of home with a fully equipped kitchen and bathroom. Guests can grill their freshly caught salmon or halibut in the barbecue and picnic area, and then relax next to a nice warm campfire under the Alaskan midnight sun.

Beach House #1 offers a bedroom with a queen bed, a private loft with a queen mattress, a queen futon in the living room and a single futon in the sunroom. The house sleeps up to 7 people.
Beach House #2 offers two bedrooms, each with a queen sized bed. A queen sized futon in the living room brings the sleeping area to 6.
The Treefort House is an Alaskan-style two-bedroom home with two queen beds and a queen futon. With picture windows and natural wood decor, you’ll feel like you’re part of the scenery. The house sleeps up to 6 people.
The Treefort Apartment is a cozy studio tucked into the forest, with a queen bed, a queen futon, and a loft with a single bunk. It sleeps up to 5 people.

Resurrection Bay and Mt. Alice
Stroll the beach and, if you’re lucky, you might spot a sea lion frolicking in the waves or a sea otter floating on its back munching on mussels. At low tide you can search the tide pools for tiny sea creatures or find colorful starfish latching on to the sides of the rocks. On a clear day, you can see majestic Mount Alice watching over you from across the bay while eagles soar above.
