Beach House Rentals offers four different vacation rental options to accommodate you and your family during your Alaska vacation. The four unique houses each have their own individual style. Choose your favorite, then check availability and make a reservation.
We also have a crib and baby gate available. If you’ll need these items, please let us know when you’re making your reservation. Guests are also welcome to use the barbecue grill and firepit in the picnic area. Many of the local stores and businesses sell firewood. (Note: Grill is unavailable in winter.)
Beach House #1
A quaint cottage near the beach, Beach House #1 is located across the street from the beach, perfect for spotting marine wildlife. Picture windows in the sunroom capture the midnight sun and the dramatic forest views.

Treefort House
An Alaskan-style home, the two-bedroom Treefort House features a natural wood interior, and picture windows that make you feel as if you’re a part of the rainforest.

Beach House #2
Beach House #2 is located just across the street from the beach, a perfect location for morning beach combing and tide pool walking. The upstairs windows present a spectacular mountain view.

Treefort Apartment
The Treefort Apartment is a cozy, efficiency-style studio apartment tucked into an intimate forested setting.

Policies
The reservation is confirmed upon receipt of full payment.
Cancellations must be made 30 days prior to the first day of your stay for a full refund. If canceled within 30 days, you will be refunded for any days that we are able to rebook your reservation minus a $25 cancellation fee.
A 2 night minimum is required.
Check in time is 4 P.M. Check out time is 11 A.M.
The houses, yard and parking are all for customers use only. No pets, no RVs.
Our places are not designed for fish processing. The customer agrees to pay $150 for any fish odor removal in or out of the house. There are places to clean fish and we will gladly help with advice.
Guests are responsible for all incidental damages.
