From Anchorage, take the Seward Hwy south. When you reach Seward, this will become Third Avenue. Continue until the road ends, and then turn right on Railway Avenue. This will take you onto Lowell Point Road. You’ll travel past a big waterfall and you’ll drive along Resurrection Bay and the mountain 2.1 miles to Beach Drive, where you’ll see Miller’s Landing Campground sign with a kayak on top. Turn right on Beach Drive. Beach House #2 is the 4th house on the right. Beach House #1 is the 5th house on the right. Drive in the driveway between the 2 houses to reach the Treefort House and Treefort Apartment back in the trees.

Policies

The reservation is confirmed upon receipt of full payment.

Cancellations must be made 30 days prior to the first day of your stay for a full refund.  If canceled within 30 days, you will be refunded for any days that we are able to rebook your reservation minus a $25 cancellation fee.

A 2 night minimum is required.

Check in time is 4 P.M.

Check out time is 11 A.M.

The houses, yard and parking are all for customers use only.

Our places are not designed for fish processing. The customer agrees to pay $150 for any fish odor removal in or out of the house. There are places to clean fish and we will gladly help with advice.

No pets.

No RV’s.

Guests are responsible for all incidental damages.
